Ordering and payments terms

While Baynetwork strives to provide customers with flexibility and convenience in regard to payment options, please note that credit ratings, financial information, order size and internal payment history may affect the options available to you. In general, new retail customers, wholesale customers and companies with poor or limited credit will be limited to prepay, credit card or Cash on Deliver (COD) until they have established a business relationship with Baynetwork.

How Baynetwork Keeps Prices Low

PLEASE NOTE: All US and Canadian orders must be submitted and paid in full before 3:00 PM PST in order to ship the same business day. Payment methods vary by country and region. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. 


U.S. and Canada

  • Credit Cards
  • Cash on Delivery subject to approval
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (PayPal, wire transfer, etc.)
  • Lease or Trade-In (of existing hardware)


Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Africa

  • Credit Cards (up to $10,000 maximum on a single order)
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (mandatory for any orders over $20,000)

Please allow a minimum of 72 business hours for payment processing for all orders to and from Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Africa.



Baynetwork ships all orders over $200 with insurance unless specifically directed otherwise by the customer. Baynetwork accepts no liability for any orders shipped with instructions “not to insure.” Such orders will be shipped FOB/EXW Menlo Park, CA.
