All Certified Cisco products and selected new products purchased after January 1, 2011 carry a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchasers of the product from Baynetwork, unless stated otherwise on product page or invoice. All other brands and/or services carry standard 30 days warranty , unless other terms stated on product description page. If one not stated please inquire warranty terms with our sale staff prior purchase.

Baynetwork, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its Baynetwork Cisco Certified products will be materially free from defects under normal use and service for a period of limited lifetime, but no longer than five years from the end of life manufacturing date, beginning from the date is shipped by Baynetwork, Inc. to the consumer.

Baynetwork Warranty

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in normal, reasonable use of the product during the limited warranty period.

This limited warranty does NOT apply in the following circumstances:

Normal wear and tear
Product mistreatment or mishandling
Improper product installation or configuration
Damage as a result of accident
Damage as a result of lightning, power surges, incorrect electrical voltage or other electric stress
Product subject to an act of God
Product has been modified

If a product covered by this warranty is defective, the customer must follow the returns procedure. Upon receipt of returned products, Baynetwork will choose to repair, replace or refund at the sole discretion of Baynetwork. The warranty period for the repaired or replaced product shall terminate upon the termination date of the original warranty period of the defective product.

This warranty only covers Certified Cisco products and select new products. All partnered manufacturers are excluded from this warranty. Our Certified products pass a comprehensive physical inspection, is exposed to rigorous refurbishment, is kept in our state-of-the-art warehouse and is shipped in quality packaging. Free 90-day technical support applies only to Cisco and Juniper products purchased directly from Baynetwork. Free ground shipping covers the continental United States only.
